Who we are - our staff

We are a private, family owned Nursery and Pre-School.  Caroline started the nursery over 40 years ago in her own home and now her daughter, Natasha, is the managing partner.  Lisa and Charmaine are joint managers, in charge of the day to day running of the nursery.  Agata is our Early Years Teacher within the Pre-School and alongside Claire, they are deputy managers.

Many of our staff have been with us for several years and are experienced in the care and education of young children. Our Early Years qualifications including degrees, diplomas and NVQ3s.  We also have foreign languages, sports coaching, dance, art and music skills.   All our permanent staff have a first aid qualification and all are DBS checked.

We have:  Hedgehogs - 3 months to 3 years & Owls - 3-5 years.  Each child has a special member of staff (a "key person") who ensures that they are happy, secure and making progress.

We run a small holiday club for children aged 4 - 8.
